Straddle stackers lift your productivity
Mainly used for transporting and stacking pallets in industrial applications, straddle trucks are also required to carry specific loads or to supply chains.
With their straddle legs, the L14/L16 AS is able to lift and carry open and closed pallets from the ground. Its fork carriage can be modified to fit with the load carried.
Designed around the matrix project, the 131 series offers 3 different working stations, to fit with each application and environment, from the pedestrian to the SP platform (ensuring the perfect operating positions for the drivers).

SP concept: the ultimate platform

• The wide low-step entry to the driving compartment reduces the amount of step-up by the operator. The full-suspension platform softens vibration.
  
• An innovative 45° position for best visibility is maintained while driving forwards or backwards.
• Well-balanced and comfortable padding inside the cockpit, the operator controls his working environment. The operator remains safe inside the pallet truck at any time thanks to the surrounding shields and the safety belt.
• Ergonomic Linde e-Driver with electric and self centring steering, proportional reduction of the pallet truck's speed depending on the turning angle.

AP platform: versatile alternative

• The AP platform pallet truck does include the same features/performances than the SP straddle truck (except the SP concept).
• It offers a foldable, soft & damped platform integrating side guards, foldable in one movement. With the platform folded, the pallet truck speed is then reduced to 6km/h.
• Its compactness makes him a good alternative to the L14/16 AS SP.

Compact pedestrian version

• Its low chassis skirt protects the truck and the operator feet from any risk.
• The electric steering gives a smooth and efficient control of the straddle.
• The rounded shapes of the chassis & tiller head offer a soft surface.
• With its powerful and smooth 1.5 kW AC motor, the pedestrian straddle, accelerates fast to reach a 6 km/h full speed with or without load.

Lifts your productivity

• AC motor: The 3kW motor delivers full power and safe starting on up-gradients without rollback. Acceleration can be adjusted to the requirements of every application and to the load carried.
• Brakes: The tow tractor brakes automatically on releasing the travel switch, without consuming any energy in the process. Electromagnetic safety brake acting proportionally to the load is applied on pressing the emergency stop button or vacating the platform.
• Configuration: Its three-wheel configuration constitutes an efficient traction in addition to the perfect stability due to the straddle legs clearance.

Lifts your productivity

• OptiLift®: The OptiLift® control is implemented on the tiller head (or E-driver) for a precise and easy access. The pump is instantly controlled through a controller. It measures efficiently the power needed by the operator, with no waste of energy and a low noise level.
• Energy: Straddle trucks offer a wide selection of battery capacity.
• Adjustable straddle legs: The spread of the straddle legs can be adjusted as followed: (900mm, 1200mm, 1350mm).

Service friendly

• Can Bus connectivity: All truck data are immediately accessible for the service engineer by plugging into the on-board diagnostic port. Setting parameters and preventive maintenance are carried out quickly and easily.
• Moisture- and dust-proof motor: AC drive technology incorporated in the new straddle trucks does not require any maintenance. Rapid and convenient access to all components is provided by simply removing the front panel.
