Opening of logistic complex in Istra

ISTRA logistic complex, Novorizhsky highway, 40 km from MKAD.
Raven Russia finished construction of the 3rd and 4th parts of logistic complex ISTRA.
Unofficial opening was held on May 28, 2009.
Total area of the 3rd part of logistics complex is 52 000 square meter. At the moment 67% of it is already rented. Opening ceremony was held in warehouse cell (15 000 square meter) free of racking system. It was organized in the form of unofficial evening party. It helped to create comfortable and effective guest zone, interesting show program and video demonstration of Raven Russia projects.
Linde warehouse equipment was used for decoration of Istra logistic complex. Warehouse forklift trucks, pallet stacker, electric pallet trucks emphasized general theme of Raven Istra Party and created image of real warehouse cell.
Raven Russia is English investment company organized in July 2005 after IPO at alternative London stock exchange (AIM LSE). It invests in ready “A” warehouse complexes and in construction of warehouse complexes in big cities around Russia. Aim of Raven Russia is long-term ownership of investment projects.
