Extension options of the Linde Forklift Data Management

LFM Access
The basic version LFM access offers the following options to the operator:

• Truck access control by the input of a driver-related PIN code
• Comfortable assigning of the PIN codes by means of software FDA in the office of the truck fleet manager
• Disabling of the truck for the time of data transfer only
• Assigning of the PIN codes to individual trucks and/or to truck groups is possible
• Report and/or analysis of:
  • Truck report
  • Driver report
  • Assignment journal
  • Status report
  • Maintenance report

LFM Basic
The Basic version of the LFM includes all functions of the Access version. Further on in the Basic version a analysis of use and availability is possible.
The extended version LFM basic offers the following options to the operator:

Responsibility for actions.
Before the truck can be started, the operator must log on by entering his or her valid ID code on the keypad of the FDE (on board terminal) and record the condition of the vehicle. Every time the truck is taken out for use and any damage incurred during the time it was in use can thus be traced to the operator in question, either while it is still working or any time later.

Impact sensor
You demand a lot of your material handling trucks.
Shouldn’t you ask the same of the people who operate them?
An optional impact sensor meticulously records every abnormal shock to which the truck is exposed. Whether driving over a hump, knocking against a wall or colliding with another vehicle – the sensor immediately responds to any impact exceeding a defined threshold and transmits the corresponding data to the FDE terminal. Additionally, the truck can be braked automatically to creep speed should a second, owner-defined impact threshold be exceeded. The fleet manager can re-enable normal speed by entering the appropriate code.
An end to bad driving habits. The impact sensor records abnormal truck impacts and identifies the operator at the time of the incident.
